Rick Schulte graduated from the University of Texas in 1976, having transferred to UT from the University of Kentucky in 1974. Like so many others, he couldn't bring himself to leave Austin. After six years with a large boat dealership and two years as a stockbroker, Rick entered real estate full time in 1984, having obtained his license in 1980.

Since then he has watched the Austin market fluctuations, working with buyers and sellers in the robust times and selling and managing numerous foreclosures for institutions in the tough times. In addition to residential sales in the five counties Austin metropolitan area, Rick handles commercial and investment sales and tenant representation for commercial leasing.

Rick joined Stanberry Realtors in the summer of 1995.
